Fine Art & Antiques Removals Company
Planning a fine art or antiques removal
Artwork, antiques and fragile furniture need preparation that reflects the individual item. Elite Move can discuss moving these belongings from our Elford base as part of a house removal or a separate specialist enquiry. Send photographs, dimensions and details of collection and delivery access so we can assess the handling required.
Tell us about each item
Include the material, approximate size, weight if known and any loose or delicate components. Close-up photographs of corners, frames and existing damage help us understand the condition and preparation needed. Explain whether an item can be dismantled and flag anything that requires particular handling.
Agree packing and transport arrangements
Discuss the packing and protection needed before collection. Let us know whether you have existing packaging or whether you want our team to include preparation in the quotation. We assess the route through doorways, stairs and shared entrances at both properties, alongside the vehicle loading arrangements.
Storage where required
If there is a gap before delivery, we can discuss the suitability of our indoor storage at Elford. Goods are kept in individual new wooden crates within our new warehouse. Access and return delivery are by arrangement. Explain any particular requirements for your artwork or antiques before booking.
Quotation and booking details
Quotes are prepared after your enquiry and reflect the items, access, packing and journey. Ask our team to explain the applicable insurance arrangements and terms before confirming your booking, particularly where items have a declared value.
